Group Mat Classes
This full body workout focuses on the Pilates Principles: Control, Concentration, Centering, Precision, Flow and Breath. Small props are often used including pilates rings, stability balls, hand weights, squishy balls, foam rollers, pilates arcs (spine correctors) and resistance bands. The studio provides mats and props.
This class is for all levels and modifications are shown and encouraged when needed. If you are new to pilates, private sessions are not required before attending a mat class but are highly encouraged.

Renew Active/One Pass, Active&Fit, Silver&Fit: All classes are eligible.
