Join a live class via Zoom!
Requirements: Laptop with webcam, Ipad/Tablet or Smartphone
This full body workout focuses on the Pilates Principles: Control, Concentration, Centering, Precision, Flow and Breath. This class is for all levels.
When you schedule for a virtual class, the class link will be emailed to you. We often use small props such as hand weights, pilates ring (Magic Circle), stretch out strap (also can use a belt or scarf), and sometimes even a chair. Please contact us if you are concerned which prop we will use, if any, for the class you wish to join.
The virtual classes (excluding recordings) are SilverSneakers eligible.
Classes must be prepaid before we can hold your reservation.
Virtual Class Recordings
Class recordings for the virtual classes are available for up to 2 days after the class. Recordings can be viewed as often as you like during the 2 days. You may use a virtual class pass or you can purchase one recording at a time. Please specify which class recording you would like (any previous class within the last 2 days or a future class). You will receive a link to the recording.
